I am unable to update my profile and hence missing good opportunities. The portal does not allow you to "edit application" the second time in any case. I had applied to many companies more than an year ago and as i am not able to update the application, my current experience is not getting considered in the application. I called elitmus several times to provide me support in this case. They received the call only once and asked me to mail the updated details. I did the same but even after tons of mails, i am not receiving any replies, nor am i able to edit the applications even now and neither are they receiving the phone calls. I had even asked them to cancel my applications from their end if possible so that i can freshly apply again, but they were not even ready for that. All of my money has got wasted, not able too apply and get calls for a single interview. Its a complete fraud, please don't ever go for elitmus.

I made payment on elitmus site for order el[protected] which shows payment failed. So i again made the payment and after some time both were successful and my account was deducted twice for the same order. I tried contacting customer care but got no response. I also mailed them regarding this issue. They said that the money will come to my account but it has not come yet. So i want the money back which was unnecessarily deducted from my account.

Today (3rd may 2015) i applied for the exam elitmus. The transaction was completed through sbi net banking using carrier avenue. The money was deducted from my sbi account but on elitmus page fees was not paid was showed. My registration id on elitmus is el[protected]. The reference no of the transaction is[protected]ig00ytspc7 transfer to 3. So kindly refund my money.

I've used paytm to pay my fees of elitmus exam the transaction was completed through paytm using carrer avenue. After that i saw tha money was deducted from my wallet but on elitmus page fees was not paid was showed. Registration id on elitmus was el[protected] phone [protected] date of transaction: 26th feb 2015. Therefore i request you to refund my money as soon as possible.
