Sir I have order Refrigerator order no. 727655 on EMI bazar through hdfc credit card as on dated 17 April 2015. I have cancelled order due to late dated 29 April 2015. Cancellation no. is SR00125131. But i did not get refund. I have request many times of your customer care executive but my problem not solved. My credit limit is blocked and EMI is generated in my credit card bill from 3 months. I have send dispute letter to hdfc bank. Hdfc bank said pay to penalty I did not get any product. But i pay 3 installment with penalty. But i unable to pay installment. Kindly do the needful

      Hi, I have placed Order #[protected] on June, 17, 2015 and cancelled my order on the same day and i have received a call from a vendor that they don't have the specific product which ordered but there are still refund my money or they not replying my email. Customer support[protected] they are saying i will receive my order within a few days as the vendor has confirmed that they are not able to deliver the product. Even they people are not saying anything for my refund, I don't know where want to go for the refund.

        it was my first experience that i ordered a refrigerator...its been already 40 days that i have still not received anything...on asking customer care executive i am told that it would still take 8-10 more days...instead the tat written on the site is 10-15 days...holy crap! Such a worst service i have ever came across..please guys dont waste your time and money on such a site. The phones are answered by people who do not understand english. Frustrated, dissatisfied, I trying to cancel my order. Their web site is poorly maintained for consumer complaints and handling. Moreover, you cannot cancel your order online too. THESE GUYS ARE BIG CHEATS...DO not ENTER INTO THEIR TRAP

In the mean while, whenever I tried to call by your toll free no.[protected]. There is no response from your side but the attendant who is there, just put the phone to music and sitting relax. This is not only the first time, every time they are doing this and totally there is no response. Today also I tried, they put on hold the music only. Then I tried the local no.[protected] and they gave me one mobile No.[protected] Mr.Hasish. When I called him and he gave me another mobile No.[protected] Mr.Sashi and tried to this no but there is no response from him.               I have ordered "Glen 2-Jar Juicer Mixer - GL4013" with order number #[protected]. When ordered they said it will take 7- 10 working days, after 1 weeks when called them it was amazed to hear that it will take 5-7 working days for dispatch itself. After 2 weeks i called them again and heard the same response. After 3 weeks today again i called them and now they are saying it will take 3-5 working days for dispatch. And i was very much frustrated and asked for cancellation of product the response for this is even great they are saying it would take at least 45 days to get my money back and got a free advise to continue with product instead of cancellation. I don't know what this company is? Is this some fake company which collects money and do nothing ?. Can you please take my complaint and resolve this issue asap.

                      Hi, My order booked in February, 2015. It's handover by First Flight Couriers. Am wait for 10 days but can't get my product. So finally i contact that First Flight courier They Said "we are not service to particular dispatch area, so we are returned to Chennai", I ask u one thing so many couriers available that My address like Blue Dart, Fedex, India Post, Professional, DTDC Courier's then why u giving not serviceble couriers. And also contact EMI BAZAR Customer support. They are said once product receive we will refund your money in between 10-15 working days. But it's already 20 days completed. I have confirmed the delivery date with their executives through call ([protected])before placing the order. Executive confirmed 5 to 7 days of deliver. Then only I have proceeded to order online. But now after purchase, they are telling it will take 21 days to deliver the product.Am i cheated by Emibazzar or you are doing the same with all customers ?                           To Whomever it may Concern, This was the worst service i have ever seen from any service provider. I've placed an order on 31 January 2015 against item ( PROTONER WEIGHT LIFTING PACKAGE) . I was promised that Order will be delivered by 10 days after order placing. But it never happened. I was awaited for the product to reach and it took years for reaching me, there was no contact number of the supplier to complain about this product and the kind of service which was provided by you people was nuts. I need a total explanation of why the delay has happened and am totally frustrated with this as i was charged an EMI in this month statement where i didn't even received the product. Please take back this product and return my money Including the Processing fee which i have charged for a worse service.. I have emailed them many times but there was no reply, i have wasted RS 300 for calling to their landline numbers and they have promised me that they will arrange a call back which they never did.                                 I made on an order on 12th FEB 2015 through online payment and made an full payment of PROTONER WEIGHT LIFTING PACKAGE.. The company said my payment was not received for till 16th FEB and my order hasn't been even dispatched till date 11th march 2015. been a month since payment was made. pathetic customer service from so CALLED MANAGERS of the company.                                   This is going to be my 1st and last experience with this emibazaar. I ordered two products among which I receive one product after a month & another not yet. It's been two months almost & didn't receive any product. You people are horrible in your work. I am totally fade up with you people. I paid for the product but didn't receive my product. My product number is 691917 & 691875. If I don't receive my product I will have to file a case against you people in the court. Please look into my matter. I have called the customer care many times but they were not helping me and putting me on hold for several hours. Thank You!

                                      Dear Team, Thank you very much for making a such a good show called PEHREDAR, I love your show & i do regularly watch it. I had booked Berg Electic Tandoor with order booking no:671460 worth Rs2790/- to check the authenticity before ordering HIGHER PRICED PRODUCT, in the month of Nov 2014 via toll free num:[protected] & on 24th Nov 2014 amount was deducted from my Icici credit card ( merchant's swipe being AASAAN Retail Priv) they promised Rs 465/- as EMI & its was clearly mentioned in the brochure that Rs 465 will be the EMI but they have been deducting Rs467.26/- every month along with service tax of Rs 1.9/- & Rs 20/- odd additionally. SAD part is that i had NOT received the product & finally after more than 10-15 follow-up for 3 months they cancelled my order saying that the product is not available( mind you every time i gave a call i was made to listen to their routine false promises)... meanwhile they were FRAUDULENTLY deducted EMI + service tax + addition 20 bucks every month of dec, jan, feb & when i called them up today(9th March2015) after checking my CC statement the emibazaar CSR(toll free num:[protected]) & enquired why only Rs 2790/- has been refunded & why the additional amount i.e. 3 EMI+ service tax+ additional Rs 20/ per month has NOT been credited in to my icici CC a/c...the CSR executive of EMIBAZAAR bluntly/rudely told me that if i want the money of EMI + service tax+ additional amount of Rs 20/- i need to approach the bank. Indeed this emibazaar has taken me for a long ride...but i want your kind help in taking this fraudsters for task for wasting my time & fraudulently taking away my money with out delivering the product. I hope they learn a lesson because i am sure like me many others would have been taken for a ride above all i want through your wonderful show to highlight the fraudulent practices of companies like EMIBAZAAR so that at-least future customers can be made aware of malafide intentions.                                         Placed an Online order in EMII submitted an online order in emi bazaar.com on 03.02.2015, the product code is H1523 and the order ID is[protected]. The SMS I received mentioned the delivery of the product in 5 to 7 working days. But, as on 23.02.2015, it is not delivered. when i tried to contacted, they will connect after 5 to 7 minutes and the tele-caller also not responded properly. i requested to know the exact status otherwise, cancell the order. but he replied that, the customer has to track and know the status and for cancellation, they can't do.It seems that the website is complete fraud.

                                        I have ordered for a Anjali 3pc kitchen set on January 23rd’ 15 and still I have not got the product even after so many follow-ups. I am going to pay my second EMI and still it is not received which is really unfair.And they have a very poor executives I would say who hesitates so much to help the customer. I would want to cancel this order and the same has been informed to the customer care executive who hesitated a lot to take the cancellation.He has also given me a cancellation no and told the refund would take a month to hit my account which is highly unfair. I have been buying so many things through online and never had a bad experience like this.I lost all my trust on this emibazaar website. Definitely in future I would never use it again at any cost and alert my family and friends not to do any purchase with these guys.

                                        It was not delivered and nothing was refunded til date 21.10.2015
                                        Emi bazaar is 100% a fraud
                                        It's a fraud company. I once ordered a Samsung Mobile order no732132. The balance was deducted from my bajaj card..I sent two cheques and a filled in form. They have one tracking ID in email and it status shows some other place. When I called them, they gave another tracking number. That constantly showed shipment is in transit.

                                        Later on I raised complaint with Bajaj.Baja people enquired and said they were not responding andits no use waiting for them therefore cancel the order. Accordingly the order was canceled.

                                        Now come the actual tamasha...emi bazaar people calls me up and asks to return the product...the product that I never received..when I questioned them strongly, they apologised and said they called me by mistake and it was regarding someone else.

                                        Someone should file case against these people then only they will learn lessons otherwise they will try their best to cheat people...
