This is highly unacceptable behaviour from such a big Online company. I seriously fail to understand that if these guys cannot deliver as per standard why have you opened such a big company. I had ordered for a personalized calender on 4th February which has a normal delivery period of 4-5 days. Its been more than 20 days and i have not received that.
