I have ordered gift on 19th Feb 2015. I got just two mails on same day from the site. It mentioned that gift will reach destination in 1 t o4 days from order. Today is 25th Feb 2015. I have yet not received gift. Order details: Order #2020675,

    This is highly unacceptable behaviour from such a big Online company. I seriously fail to understand that if these guys cannot deliver as per standard why have you opened such a big company. I had ordered for a personalized calender on 4th February which has a normal delivery period of 4-5 days. Its been more than 20 days and i have not received that. The most disgusting part is that they do not even bother to inform about the product delivery. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care number but there is no response. I have sent them E-mails but no response. This is totally unprofessional behaviour and i think some serious action needs to be taken against them.

      I ordered a personalised playing cards deck on[protected], they gave the delivery time of 1-4 days but still no delivery of product, the website. Is also not opening. I also sent mail to them but there is no response.[protected] is my wedding anniversary please send my product

        My I had ordered a gift of personalised chocolates on 12th February, 2015 and the item is still not delivered. The bluedart number which they have provided is showing that the item has been returned back to Delhi which was supposed to be delivered to Guwahati.It was showing out of delivery area but if you could not deliver then it should have been mentioned. Also, the customer service neither picks up my calls or replies to my e-mail. I have already paid for the item and want the gift to be delivered. I have attached the proof of invoice and bluedart tracking. If my item is not delivered within the next 3 days then I will be forced to file a mental harassment and fraud complaint.

          i have ordered a product called name a star on the 12 of feb 2015 i m trying to contact the company since then on no. provided on the site but no one ever answer i am worried because i have paid the money already . order no. 2020541 and 2020542 both are my order pls do check and reply asap

            I had ordered a gift on 12th Jan, 2015 and wanted to be delivered on, 10th Feb, 2015. But no. Shipment details or any updates have been provided till now. I had tried to contact them on the numbers provided on their website but no one picked the phone. I had wrote an email regarding the same but no response came. Order no.- 2019739 order date- '12th jan, 2015. desired date of delivery.- 10th Feb, 2015.

            Order not received yet

            I had ordered personalized chocolate on 19th feb'15 but haven't received the order yet and the status of order is also not changing. On calling the number given on site, there is no response.

              Hi, I am very disappointed with Todugifts's services. I had ordered (Order Update #2018660) this gift for my friend's Marriage Anniversary on 17th October which has passed days ago. I don't need this gift anymore and want to cancel my order. I wrote several emails to " <[protected]@todugift.com>, and "[protected]@todugift.com" but was not responded. Please return my amount to account ASAP. I will ensure that I do not visit your website in future.

                I've ordered a gift with tracking number 2017483. Its showing that it has been delivered but i have not received it . Really annoyed calling customer support, they don't even responding to the cal. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible. from next I will not order any gift from todugift huh

                  I have ordered two gifts from this site. First time i use it when i was ordering they showed me they will delivered these items in 1-4 working days. I ordered this items on 4 august now its been 10 days but they didn't deliver the gifts.I tried to call them many times they don't give answers and I also tried to call courier services they also don't picking the phone. Now what should i do . Todugift.com company harrashing me mentally. I want to report a complaint against this company for not to delivering items on the given date and showing false information on website.

                  Greetings from todugift

                  We first of all apologize for inconvinience caused to you. Your order was already shipped via first flight courier and the tracking number is D[protected]. As per the status on first flight site they received the parcel on 7th Aug. But due to satellite location the parcel was delayed the delivery. We however are in constant touch with them regarding the parcel and will update you all the information as soon as possible. You ordered on 4th Aug and we dispatch it on 7th i.e within 3 days of order which is as per our SLA. However due to logistics problems the parcel got delayed. We apologize for the same. The image you attached is also showing the same which is due to delivery problems faced by first flight. We are constantly in touch with first flight persons. If your parcel will not be delivered by 18th August, your full money will be refunded back to your account.
