EPFO Kandivali — Not updating the requested details

My request was raised on 6/07/2026 to update my date of exit in epfo and till today no action has been taken by them. I try to contact each and every day for this but most of the time they are not picking up the call and when they do they will just say that the request is with another department which is not true I have sent emails to so many department but still no update have posted in X so many times but still no use the only reason I want them to expediate my request is because my new employer requires it.
