Employees' State Insurance Corporation [Esic] — behaviour of staff with patient is extremely rude, inhuman at esic hospital, jhilmil, delhi-95

We have taken our patient to emergency dept at around 10 pm. We have been allowed for check after 30 minutes where we were told to get check fever check and then come back again. Then after 15 minutes, we were allowed to meet doctor again. He wrote something on prescription and gave the same to us. When we asked what to do, his behaviour was very bad. Then we went to the prescription counter, where the entry of 11 pm was made and we were told to sit on bed for some injectable medication. The fever of patient was 102.2 fehrenhite still he was not attended till 12:15 mid night. When we asked, nurse told us to complaint in extremely rude manner.

I am making this complaint at the same time. You can check the camera, if recordings available or verify about behaviour of staff with other patients.

Hope, esic will enquire on the behaviour of their staff and take some step.
