Tech Mahindra Limited/PF Helpdesk — PF Claim Form Not Submitted to RPFC Pune

Hi,
This is Biswaranjan Mishra currently located at Kolkata left Tech Mahindra,Kolkata on 30th,March,2012.
As instructed by the Tech Mahindra local HR I have submitted my PF Claim form along with all supporting documents after two months of leaving the company during mid of June,2012 to the local HR which was received by Tech Mahindra Pune HR on 25/06/2012.(Please follow the attached below the mail communication between me and Tech Mahindra PFHelpdesk).

Since then the forms are not being submitted to Pune RPFC explaining various reasons to me me.
Last week when I enquiry with Pune RPFC they informed me they don't have any such issue for which they were not accepting the form.

Since then I am following up with Pune Tech Mahindra HelpDesk but they are not responding me back.

Sir requesting to look into this issue and appreciate an early response for this.

Hi Team,
I just have a discussion with Pune PF office help line.
They confirmed me that they don't any such issue for which they were not accepting withdraw form anytime during the period which was being informed me in earlier mails.
Could you please come up with the exact reason on this?
Also requesting for the contact number to make the communication better.

If the forms submitted kindly share the acknowledgement details.

We are currently generating some mandatory documents required to be attached to your form.

Since the last 2 months the PF office had requested us not to submit forms for associates who left after 1-Jan-12 as they were unable to view PF contributions after Jan-12 due to some system glitch at their end. They have confirmed resolution of this error now.

Due to this we have a substantial backlog of forms. We have started clearing this backlog and all forms shall be submitted all the forms to RPFC at the earliest.

You shall receive a confirmation email from us once the submission is done.

Hi,

The RPFC office has recently automated their systems & due to some system glitch at their end , they are unable to view PF contribution details for associates whose Last working Date was on or after 1-Jan-12. Hence we are unable to submit your form till the PF office resolves this issue.

We have kept your form ready & the same shall be submitted to PF office , once the PF office confirms resolution of data issues at their end. You shall receive an intimation from us on your email once we submit your form to the PF office.

Tech M Pune HR has received the form on 25.06.2012

Due to audit activities at RPFC, the PF forms are not being accepted. Hence there is a delay in processing PF withdrawal and PF transfer forms by RPFC.
As soon as we receive a confirmation from RPFC the forms will be submitted.
