currently onhold and no interaction.
lately url provided for third time rejecting pan and want address proof. but the link says document already submitted

earlier now pan card was misplaced y indiapost and finally received and copy send alongside old pan card.
trade license send - tht is the only document for business
now cannot send IT return showing address - for address proof.

Itis so many days of confussion and no human interface. Also machine IVR response is terrible and human interface not receiving calls.
I want the full refund as i am facing lot of harassment and too much confussion and no communication. email response is hopeless.

Updated by sajal das Video rejected repeatedly. Only once human interface worked out of a 100 calls and who said video was ok and copy of pan card along old pan card is also ok. still i got that ONHOLD and resubmit... but the link says document already submitteed. I mailed to emudhra repeatedly but no acknowledement or reply.

Updated by sajal das They convincingly will assist you for filling up new request form and give you technical support number to convince you. Later on you interact with IVR to no end. Email unanswered or a very generic information and practically NO SUPPORT. Future support is also doubtful.
