England Gulf — lottery or award

Sir,
On 5th of feb 2018 I received a text massage from HP-22129 stating that my number has won 5 crores 60 lakhs from ongoing England Gulf Award 2018. So to claim they ask me to send my name, age, number and address. I received an email on 9th and on 12th of Feb regarding this award. I received both the emails from Reserve Bank of India (copies attached)I also received a call from a person claiming as Mr Victory Success Benson from England Gulf who reached Delhi today (ie. 12 of Feb to deposit my award money in RBI.) The number which he called is[protected]. I also received a text massages through HP-22129 on this very day (12 feb) as below:

"Contact Mr Victory Success Benson on[protected]. He arrived New Delhi Inter Airport to transfer your 5 corers 60 lakhs into your account. England Gulf."

I provide them my details as follows:

Please do help me sir by finding out and resolving the issue. Please also notify me wether its true or just a scam emails.
