The name plate I ordered which was exorbitantly priced came in with the letters lose inside the package. They have no telephone number that's attended. The only response to my email was we will fix it. There has been no response after that regarding the details. I fixed the lettering mysel[censored]sing feviquick. Never again from engrave.in
