Hello,
I'm having very very bad experience with engrave. I placed the order on 5th july 2017 but since now the product is not shipped. I verified the same with dtdc service and they confirmed that no shipment has been made by engrave as this tracking number is invalid.
I already paid the money..
How can the site shows order status as 'complete' when the order has not been dispatched.

Every time when i call on customer care, always they say we will call back in 1 hour with the details but no response.. This has been happening since last 2 weeks.
I'm calling there number daily for last 2 weeks and even sending them an email. No response yet Was this information helpful? |
