I have sold a painting in the

Via engrave.in website.
I have the sale details which they send me via email.
The sale was made in month of february.
But the payment was not done from engrave.in. They postponed all activities sitting lockdown issue. Finally they told the dues will be clear by june first week, but still no progress. Infact they have stopped...

I had made a purchase on www.engrave.in. full payment has been made but the order is yet to be processed. It has been a month. No one from their support team responds to any emails. And now their customer care number is also not working!
They are cheating online cuatomers. Request you to take action asap on grounds of online retailing theft and have my money refunded to me immediately.
Request you to please look into the matter...

I'm having very very bad experience with engrave. I placed the order on 5th july 2017 but since now the product is not shipped. I verified the same with dtdc service and they confirmed that no shipment has been made by engrave as this tracking number is invalid.
I already paid the money..
How can the site shows order status as 'complete' when the order has not been dispatched.

i ordered 4 product n i received 3 one product of 599/- still haven't received i have already paid for it .have been contacting them since long n they always say dat v vl call u back n i asked them for the refund they said they'll call
But again there was no calls from them
Plz help me get my money back...
