I have sold a painting in the
Brand name: artificia
Order id:[protected]
Via engrave.in website.
I have the sale details which they send me via email.
The sale was made in month of february.
But the payment was not done from engrave.in. They postponed all activities sitting lockdown issue. Finally they told the dues will be clear by june first week, but still no progress. Infact they have stopped taking calls n replying my emails now.
Kindly look into the matter at earliest.
