I had made a purchase on www.engrave.in. full payment has been made but the order is yet to be processed. It has been a month. No one from their support team responds to any emails. And now their customer care number is also not working!
They are cheating online cuatomers. Request you to take action asap on grounds of online retailing theft and have my money refunded to me immediately.
