Eontech — eontech company fraud with me, and harassing me for pay money | |||||
Dear sir, mujhe eon tech compny se call or kaha gya ki hum apko online work provide karwa rahe h jisme aapko 1500 form 10 day`s me fill krke dena hai, jiska koi amount apko pay nhi karna, agar aap work complete nhi karenge to 4500₹ apko dena padega, or kaha gya ki ye work aap kabhi bhi chod sakte ho, meri bhi financial problem h ghar me koi nhi to me ready ho gya or mene 10days me work complete kr ke properly check kiya or submit kiya, or jinka call aaya tha unhe call karye hai to wo call attend nhi karti hai. Fir mujhe advocate ka call or bole apka work incomplete tha to apko registration fees dena ₹4500/ or mujhe court ki dhamki di gyi, to mene ₹4500/- pay kr diya or fir usi advocate ka call aaya ki apko work karna padega abki baar proper work kijiyega nhi is baar court me akar jyada payment pay karna hoga, to mene kiya ki mujhe yah work nhi karna to mujhe dhamkiya di ja rahi hai, ya to work karo jiska payment apko advance dena hoga 12500 & agar work chodna chahate ho to cancellation ka charge dena hoga something 15510 /-, or mujhe baar baar court & legal notice ki dhamkiya dii jaa rhi h ki hum apke near police station me cash kar rahe hai, please sir is fraud compny se bachne ka upay bataye. i got eontech's no. for my search in justdial. i was given 1500 forms to be filled in 10days and i couldnt meet it up. i was tgen called by their lawyer and i transferred 9500rs to a account in bank of Maharashtra. i was told by the lawyer then, that after i finish the work within the extended time i will get my payment and the 9500 without any deduction even for my mistakes. now when i submitted it my qc report says am illeligible for payment. helpline says. contack the person made the payment too. but it wasn't a person it was a account please resolve the problem as i gave in not only my efforts but also stacked a lot of money. i hav the recording of the conversation with the lawyer.

I also was harassed by same company eaontech, last year in month of June 2019, I was connected through job portal and was assigned task of data entry and I worked for 5 days . Then, I realised I can't complete this task and start searching for help and I got mail from one company that we complete such task and we will complete this task by tomorrow money and we will share screen shots of those work (random any 5 page which u will ask, total pages where 120 ) and next morning they called up and said work was done, you can verify yourself and they share glimpse of those pages (not complete snap of page but initial and final paragraph). But the way task was to be done through portal whose I'd and password was given, I had shared it with second company after that I realised that password can be changed by them but I missed the opportunity, they already did it and now they are demanding money to give password to see complete work. Somehow, I got insight to google about them and found various fraud against their name, so I didn't pay but I lost my password and I requested 1st company to help to reset password but no response received and I couldn't complete my work in time . After few days, legal department of eaontech called regarding noc, and said I had to pay 5100 as penalty for incomplete work to get noc otherwise i get legal notice . I didn't want to pay, they started sharing court case no (obviously fake) and I started panicking, I asked my father about it he told to pay off and get away from it . Even after paying, they started demanding 51000 to give noc and now we got they are fraud people but we lost initial payment .
I have complete mail conversation with them, so please help to take some action against them and how should I proceed?
