Epson India — Poor customer service

Hello sir/ maam,
I am from kandivali, i have an epson printer model no. L210 Serial no. S2AK138487, the printer was not working properly so i have called an epson engineer to repair it that time he took around 630 of visit without informing us he came to my place and made us wait more than 3 to 4 days before coming. Then after checking my printer he forcefully made me put ink in the printer i did all possible things he said that time he dint open head of printer and he took servicing charges for what? At the end my total payoff came till 1890. After that he said printer is proper so we took aground 10-20 prints and suddenly printer stop working we again contacted that fellow to came and give us proper service, he came at my place next day again without informing and he said to change its head which will cost us 4, 500 and he went keeping printer open which I forcefully made him to set. Now to question comes does he want to sell his product or truly my printer have some issue. Please send us your faithful engineer and I will pay his dues because I don’t feel any issue in my printer. The fellow was from AAR VEE INFO SERVICE.
