I have purchased EPSON INKJET PRINTER L210 6 month back at STAPLES COMPANY, 15th Cross, Margosa Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560 003. The Same printer I have given for repair on[protected] at RITECH PERIPHERALS 63, Devadarshini, MD Block, 1st Floor 5th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560003. After repair they clearly explained by phone about service charges Rs.300 for service and Rs.500 for Roller Replacement. When I went to take the printer I have produced the WARRANTY EXTENDED CERTIFICATE.and also it value till[protected]. But, strongly refused by the incharge of the RITECH PERIPHERALS Company, Malleswaram, and they demanded to pay of Rs.800. Then finally I paid Rs.800/- Cash Even I have Extended Warranty Certificate.
My question is
If There is no value for EXTENDED WARRANTY CERTIFICATE WHY hey ISSUED.?
If Value is there, Why they have taken Service Charges
I AM FULLY CONFIDENT ON EPSON PRINTERS AND VERY GOOD FAITH ON THE COMPANY. I HAVE PURCHASED ONE MORE EPSON L 300 around 2 months back.
BUT, please kindly take serious action against RITECH PERIPHERALS COMPANY, Malleswaram, those who are taking very badly with the customers.
