I purchased a epson printer model no :- i360 serial no :- vggk130449. On 25 sep 2017 i am facing printing a lining issue. So i have visited h. L infotech service centre. Service centre coordinator mrs sanjana told me that they have to update warranty so it will takes 2 days.
Then on 27 sep 2017 i have called toll free no and they have told me to mail the invoice and they will update warranty in 4 hours.
On 29 sep 2017 i have visited service centre and service eng. Told me that printer is repaired, then i have checked printer at that time there is some lines are coming there.
At the same time i have told the issue to service engineer. Service eng. Told me that lining will disappear after some time after printing some photos.
Again on 03 sep 2017 i have registered the complain with complain no ([protected]), then without informing me / without any call. Service engineer closed the complain.
Service centre coordinator is totally illiterate dont know how to talk to customer. She is not ready to listen the problem we teel and always give their logic, never resolve the problems.
I am having a proofs for itemised bill which contains that there is no call from service engineer on my cell phone.
Please look into this matter.
