Epson India — I'm complaining about non availability of mechanical and non attending of call by service centre | |||
I have one epson l350 printer which is not under guaranty period. It power is not coming to the printer always. I put the call to your unipower services, 86, raja basanta roy rd, kolkata - 700029. They sent the mechanic on 17/06/17. The mechanic reported that the power cord is defective. He changed the power cord. But the fault was not removed. He told me that he will place an order for the part. After two/three days that the part has arrived. The service will send the mechanic to fix the part. But from that day onward i am going ringing the centre. Normally the are not picking up the phone. After several phone, if they at all pick up the phone, they are saying that the mechanic will go today or tomorrow. But the mechanic is not coming. The previous mechanic mr. Samiran paul who came first, told me that the centre is not sending him and so it is not possible for him to come. Will you please tell me whether the fault of my printer will be rectified or not.
