We are facing the above problem since last two months and inspite of our repeated telephonic talks, correspondence through speed post letter and emails and our representative Mr. Trivedi himself visited your office twice, we have not got any help from your department. Due to which we are not able to send our ESIC challan of May 2014 and June 2014.

We request your goodself to look into the matter and reset the password of our account and do inform us either through email or a simple telephonic call on phone number [protected] so that the ESIC challan and amount of our staff may be deposited with the concern department.
