I have visited Kathlal on 14.04.16 & paid toll tax of Rs.130/-for return and 20.04.16 & paid Rs.85/- and return on 21.04.16 & paid again Rs.85/-. The toll tax is too higher also than express way because express way toll tax for Nadiad is very low and Ahmedabad to Kathlal is lesser distance than Nadiad i.e. 45 KM. and toll tax is like Ahmedabad to Baroda.

    Madam/Sir, On the date of 01/04/2009 Sagar Cable Networks from Sandur of Karnataka State and Wire & Wireless India Ltd. has agreed upon an agreement for payment of Rs. 325000 towards WWIL for providing the HITS service. But on 11/03/2010 got a letter stating the below points Ref: Customer Code No: 3344 Sub: Discontinuation of transmission of HITS signals 1. Dish TV India Ltd - the provides of HITS digital signals has informed us that it is dicontinuing the HITS operations with effect from March 31, 2009 on account of occurrence of Force Majeure events due to certain regulator constrainst. 2. In view of Dish TV India Ltd discontinuing its HITS operations with effect from March 31, 2010, we are forced to discontinue the HITS digital signals being provided to you with effect from March 31, 2010 since the HITS signals will not be avilable to us from the HITs service provider. 3. Your are request to take note of the above and immediately clear all the outstanding dues. Since then we are trying to get our refund but have not got any substantial reply or any refund from the company. We have spoken to the company and have also mailed them the necessary/requested documents but of no use as they have not reverted back any positive information. So, we request you to kindly attend the issue and help us get the redressel as along with me there are other 6 cable service providers waiting for the refund of the advance from my state.       I along with my friends visited to Essel's water kingdom on 30th September. We were offered 50 % discount on flashing our student id cards but we were denied of this saying that this offer is withdrawn from company's end. After going far away from my home I had no choice but to buy the ticket at the original rate but we didn't. The company gave a rationale that the offer given on essel group's site is not valid. Some of the official who were present at the moment could not solve this problem and they kept us waited for more than 3 hours to come to the conclusion that all they can offer to us is 10 percent discount to pacify us. When we tried to protest against the very deception and cheating on company's part then one of the official named amit even denied that essel world is not the property of the essel group and whatever is given on essel group's website is not applicable to essel world entertainment. Also the company advertised from various portals but did not bother to take those media announcements off. The company official also agreed on this that the company have deliberately not taken them off for some reason which he could not disclose to us. We also called the registered office of the company who said that there were some pre given disclosures that company may refute the offer at its will but informing the possible customer did not seem to be their priority. This cost us an entire day and some of my friends had come from Delhi and this hence caused us a lot of mental and financial harassment. Kindly look into the matter as these are the big businesses which exploit the loopholes in the system to deceive the powerless customer for profit making. The company failed to fulfil their promises as well they are duping the customers by offering such lucrative and dubious offer and when they come far from their home they refuse. This is a sheer case of consumer exploitation and harassment. I seek my right of consumer redressal and request the government to take necessary action to safeguard the innocent customer’s rights.

        Essel nasaka stage 11 minjet plus purchased on 07/09/2013.After the purchase, the product stopped working. On complaints to the customer care, they send local engineers and other substandard people to repair the product on extra charges. 1st complaint on[protected]. Then[protected].[protected].[protected]. This product seems to be faulty and now on complaining they reply harshly and doesn't agree for a repair Or refund of the same product. Kindly take action against them sir and solve the query as this is one of the fraud companies in India ... No response from their side .. Kindly take necessary action against them sir.           Dear Sir,

          I have worked with E-City Ventures (E-City digital Cinemas Pvt Ltd) since 19th September 2006 to 21st November 2009.
          All the 3 years and 3 months that I worked with E-City the PF amount was deducted from my salary every month.
          Now, As i left the company I have requested them to withdraw my PF amount for all the period I was in the company.

          For Withdrawal I have submitted my forms as soon as i left the company in November.

          After 3 months on 25th January 2010, I received the receipt of submission of the PF amount in EPOF.

          I have been given two PF A/c NO

          1. MH/44734/0302
          2. MH/211227/003

          Now till date I am waiting to hear from both the parties (PF Office and my old company E-city).

          I tried to contact the Ecity staff (Mr. Sateesh Nandlaskar) about the money and himself is not too sure when will the amount be released.

          I am hopeless and waiting to get my hard earned money.

          Kindly help me to get out of the particular situation.

            Hello,



            I am a corporate user of vodafone. Recently, I was on a tour to Lucknow. I had some query, so i called up the customer care number "111" which i knew is a toll free no. For your so called toll free number i was charged Rs.7 per minute. Now, i need an explanation for this. When i came back, i called up the customer care number, but was not told the reason for the same. I spoke to Mr. Rishi Sharma and he just said it loudly that just because i was on roaming, i was charged. 7/- min.for talking to my service provider "where is it mentioned?".

            Please revert back as soon as possible. My vodafone no. is [protected].

            We have a corporate connection no. [protected] in the name of Dilip Kumar Dwivedi at EPMS( An Essel group Company).



            The above person called up customer care no. 111 on 4th Jun 08 at about 9:22 AM while passing through Aligarh (U.P.) for about 16 Mins.



            The same was not reflected in the last bill.



            But same is being reflected in bill no [protected] dt. 15 Jul 08 amounting to Rs. 125.90 as roaming charges @ Rs. 7/min



            Whereas it should not be charged at all being it a toll free no.
