Et Money App — invested money in the app not allotted in my account

In et money app u can invest ur money in smart deposit which is like savings account. I invested 5000rs in that app but money not updated in smart deposit account. I enquired them but everytime they say it will be updated in two days and sometimes they dont give reply. Its been 15 days since i deposited and still my balance not updated. I have etmoney reviews in playstore recently and evrybody has the same problem. They are trying to cheat people

I also having same experience with ET money app and there is no customer care no also, I invested 20000/- but it's not updated from last 8days whenever asking they telling 2days but problem not solved...any way I loss my money, Please don't invest in ETMONEY it's not trusted...
Please note one thing, It's Times group company. Jo company aapko ek Times of india ka paper jiska cost Rs 6 hota hai free me nahi deta. Wo mutual fund the service or account kya free me dega. Jara soch ke dekho. Free me jo cheej milti hai uski koi ijjat aur value nahi hoti. Pls samajh jao aur in direct mutual fund company se door rahiye. Jaise ki paytm, Etmoney, paisabazaar aur bhi kai saare hai. Pls mutual fund ke advisor ki help lijiye. jo aapke saare problem solve, . karega.
I invested in MF through app. Money got transferred from my bank: but KYC was pending due to Sign Difference. Hence a email was sent scanning the physical sign as reqiured by them. however they did not update KYC and my investment in MF was cancelled.
On contacting Customer Care, they informed that matter will be looked upon. Also my money will take 15 days to get credited back in my bank!
Please don't expect service!
my monthly SIP is 3000 INR for 3 mutual funds through etmoney but suddenly on 12th July 2022 they deducted double amount i.e. 6000 INR and they informed that money will be refunded for sure within 3 to 5 working days but till now didn't receive it and not getting email reply from them since last 2 weeks, attached apology mail from their CEO after SIP deducted twice
