Et Money App Complaints & Reviews

I invested 500, 000 rs in a mf through et money in november and realised a month later that it did not feature in my portfolio when i checked. I called customer care who verified it was their mistake and/but agreed to put the 5 lakh back into my account.
What about the one month they kept my money?
What about the 6% the fund grew in the one month they had my money?...

In et money app u can invest ur money in smart deposit which is like savings account. I invested 5000rs in that app but money not updated in smart deposit account. I enquired them but everytime they say it will be updated in two days and sometimes they dont give reply. Its been 15 days since i deposited and still my balance not updated. I have etmoney reviews in playstore recently and evrybody has the same problem. They are trying to cheat...
