Dear sir,
Good day.
I am a customer of etihad airlines and had flown from bahrain (bah) to kolkata (ccu), india on 30th june 2016 by etihad.
I arrived at my final destination on 30th june night and since then etihad is unable to return me my luggage (1 bag only).
It has been 6 days now that i am surviving without clothes and regular utensils. i had to buy everything new and still am getting no reply from etihad.
Etihad ground staff told me 36 hours back that the bag is located and shall be sent for delivery, but till now there has been no delivery.
When i am trying to call them for the past 2 days, there is no answer. earlier the ground crew committed that they will deliver the bag by yesterday evening, latest, but till date no news from their side, neither is there any response to their helpline that they had provided.
I would like to draw your kind attention towards such irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. at least they should be able to give me a proper commitment which they would honour. such harassment of customers reflects very badly on the "national airlines of abu dhabi/uae" and creates a very bad impression of the uae business culture as a whole. i, being a business consultant, travel very frequently and have never faced such harassment by any airlines in the world.
I sincerely request your kind attention to this matter please, so that the needful can be done immediately and the guilty punished for their lack of professionalism. i am attaching a copy of the web tracking of my baggage for your reference.
I would expect etihad to deliver me my baggage immediately please.
