I have EUREKA Forbes acqua guard RO model Total SENSA purchased in 2010. In Feb 2023 it got technical problem so I complained to Acqua Guard customer care and from their local agency situated near Tagore public school one Technician named DINESH SHARMA attended my RO TOTAL SENSA and advised me to take AMC for two year. I agreed and Gave a cheque of HDFC bank Rs 12805/ and it was encashed on 1/2/2023 in the name of MAMTA sharma For AMC acqua Guard. They gave me a invoice of Rs 11600/ but instead of Total Sensa they adjusted AMC money in Xpert RO which is not with me in jaipur but is in LUCKNOW with my daughter.
When asked to DINESH sharma 1st he said mistake of office and assured service will be provided to you. One year they provided service to me. so no problem but now that local agency is closed and acqua guard has given agency to one another one named green aura and they refused to provide AMC service to me.. Why ? As AMC is not for TOTAL sensa.
That technician DINESH sharma is working now in green aura. Asked him then he said after 10 yr the model cannot be given AMC.
NOW I have two querries
1. if Total sensa was not for AMC then why they took money and even if taken cheque then must have returned it back why adjusted in model not with me and is in lucknow.
2 Why they provided service for a year?
3 Taken a cheque of 12805 but given invoice of 11600 why?
Now acqua guard for which money taken either must provide AMC service or return my money.
and why excess money taken must return it
