[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — 3 year contract of eureka forbes aquaguard inova total not served

Dear Sir, I have taken 3 year Contract of Euraka forbes Aqauguard Innova Total on 03 June 2015 by calling the Shimoga City eureka forbes office. I myself J Vittal Nelli have been using Aquaguard inova total from 2008. I have purchased the unit from Eureka Forbes limited, B K Nayak arcade, 1st floor, Near kamala nursing home, Shimoga 577201 with contact number [protected]. I have renewed service contract multiple times since 2009 by calling above mentioned number. I last renewed contract on 03/07/2015 for 3 years upto 03/07/2018. The amount paid was rs 4410 as 3 years contract. The service person did change of silver and carbon candles while doing the service. Last week when I recalled Aquaguard service., Shimoga office of euraka Forbes are denying the service telling that my contract is invalid as it's done by unauthorized persons. Grave injustice is done to me. I am attaching the contract copy which the Shimoga service centre is telling that it bears invalid contract receipt number and making me bear the loss for no fault of mine. The service person came after I called Shimoga service centre. Please look into the matter and resolve it. Other wise I will be forced to leave Aquaguard water purifier and go for some other brand. And pursue consumer court on this issue for the loss and harassment in the issue. The person in Shimoga Eureka Forbes who denied the service is Mr. Sunil with contact number :+91 [protected]

Dear Eureka Forbes Team, No one from the service team at Shimogga contacted me yet. Its been 40 days and issue is not resolved . Shimoga Service team of Eureka Forbes denied service to me even though I have service contract up to 3/7/2018. They are ststing that I have been cheated by some of their old employees who had given me hidden contract number written in valid Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Service contract with Hologram. I am left with No other option but to contact Consumer court for the loss of Rs 4400 for 3 years out of which only 1 year service is done and 2 year remaining service is denied by service team of Shimoga Eureka Forbes. Eureka Forbes Should change their branding about "friend for life" when they dont even care about customer satisfaction. I have been customer for 8 years since 2008. I have been dumped for no fault of mine. Is old employees who cheat customers not the responsiblity of Eureka Forbes. How can you allow your customers get cheated like this. How can you allow old service employees have emply service contracts with hidden contract numbers.Resolve my issue immediately or else I will pursue consumer court for damages caused to me and inform my community of friend sin Shimoga to cancel aquaguard contracts as Shimoga Aquaguard Service centre which is cheating customers.
