[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — 6-monthly water filter maintenance overdue since april 2020- no positive response
Previous amc ended may 2020, in which 6-monthly service due in april 2020 was not done. With repeated phone calls from them, i was made to renew amc for another year. However there is no positive response to my complaints [protected] dated 7 july and [protected] dated 15 sep 2020, except for an automated message quoting covid restrictions. Like many other reputed agencies, eureka forbes should intimate all their customers as to how they will look after maintenance under the prolonged covid conditions. As clean drinking water is an essential need of families, filter maintenance should not be unduely delayed, and should be carried out on priority.

In response to complaint (Though 5-months late) the service person visited and carried out the 6-monthly maintenance on our aquaguard water filter.
