No response till date. Have wasted my money by taking AMC for 3 years and following up for last 1 year. Very poor customer handling and nobody reverts. I was told that my data is not available to them as they have changed their system to SAP etc. From last 1 year i am following up for doing the servicing of the product as per AMC contract but have not recieved any response. have filed serrvice request in june last year and have been escalating it to next level till date.
