This is lakshmi subhash, from bng btm one day salesman came to our house from eurokaforbes he rounded our house no of times and called us to take waterpurifier. we purchased the aquaguard magna hd ro uv on 21-05-15.during the demo and purchase of product he told he deliver it with in 48hours. from that day onwards there is no response.we called to customer care, sates man and company also there is worst response.lot of time is wasted and phone bill is wasted for waiting and the delivery of the product, they delivered it after 13 days.even for installation also we called no of times there is no response.we felt very bad for this.
