[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — absolutely disappointed

With reference to the above subject, i wish to convey my disappointment.

My aquaguard water purifier was given trouble with the water force. Accordingly had the technician come over and got it checked on 5th sept. He said that the motor had a problem and will come back in about 2 days. On 7th i received a call from the customer care, and once again registered a complaint assuring of a technician to come at the earliest.

Today, it is the 10th sept. There is no one yet come to rectify the problem. I made 2 calls to the customer care, and your representatives, namely, mr. Kishore and ms. Vijaya again assured me of getting the problem sorted out on an urgent basis.

Because of the water purifier not working, i have to rely on bottled water. I am absolutely unhappy and totally disappointed with the service, despite repeated reminders. Definitely will not recommend aquaguard, as all complaints go on deaf ears, inspite of having an amc of 2 years.
