I have purchased AMC for my Eureka Forbes/ Auquaguard- Geneus DX RO+UV+UF+TG product in 21.10.2021 and is valid from 22.10.2021 to 21.10.2022. And the purifier is not working. And on complaint to customer care, they are telling that your AMC is not showing in our system. I am getting regular message from aquaguard registered WhatsApp number on WhatsApp with name "Aquaguard Whtsapp" mentioning my AMC is about to expire soon whose number is [protected] . But still on technical visit for repair he is telling that your AMC is not showing. On customer helpline number talk they are telling they cannot tell your details with AMC number and you have to show your AMC documents to the technician visiting your house. Aquaguard neither provided me any such document neither there is any provision in their website to download that document from the website with the help of AMC number. This seems to be very wrong practice buy Eureka forbes/Aquaguard, harassing customer.
