[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — After Changing Filters, Getting Bitter water

After one year of purchasing REVIVA. I paid 4860 to change my filters. After changing the filter, I am getting bitter water. I called the person who changed it. He came and told he will change it. after one day again I called him he told it needs approval of manager. He given to his manager's number. His manager told we will change it within 2days. today I called him. now he is not picking up my phone. I am waiting for him. And I am purchasing the water for daily need. What kind of service you guys are giving. Please resolve it soon. Thanks. Subhash Chandra

My Contact number is [protected]. I would like to put raining if there is any option for worst. You guys have put those people who didn't even response proper. They put customer's number in the ignoring list so that they can't even get the ring from the customer. This is pathetic. I will never recommend to others to go with Eureka Forbes. If customers increases by one then it can be reduce also with the same manner. Thanks.

My number is [protected]. Is there any rating where I can give it worst. I am purchasing water from outside since 10days. They says there no stock. Which kind of service you are giving. You guys have put such people who doesn't response proper and they put customer's number in the ignoring list so that they will never get second time ring from the customer. It is really very pathetic. If customer can increase one by one then this number can reduce also with the same manner.
