[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — After installing water filter not working properly | |||
I purchased Eureka Forbes's RO Reviva on June 18, 2014. After installation problem occurred in the system I made complaint to local service center after reminding so many times one technician came and examined and told one part of machine is not working properly it will be replaced by new one and will come again with that part but nobody came after calling so many times at service center at Kanpur to Mr Pawan Kumar ([protected]) he sent one technician with old machine(2012) to replace my machine I denied to replace with that now I am calling to Mr Pawan Kumar he is giving only assurance but my problem is not solved till date. I have registered my complaint on toll free no on 25 June 2014 no is 76927189. I have made all the efforts but I am not able to use the product and wasted my money. Kindly resolve my problem.
