[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — After new machine purchase ,no one comes for Installation and training | |||
I have recently bought a vaccume cleaner Xforce from Eureka Forbes soon after the demo, during the demo he was telling once you purchase we will give detailed demo and training on that perticuler model, after purchase many times called, Nobody came for installation and training, its been 2 months over no one is bothered to lift our call .I never expected such a bad response from a reputed company like Forbes. This has really changed my mindset that better to go for local brands rather than looking into Premium brands. Looking into this I am really bothered about service and spares support now.
