I bought Eureka Euroclean vacuum cleaner on 10.09.2015. I was getting huge noise so we were not able to use the product. Hence I called customer care in the no.[protected] to lodge a complaint as the product is under warranty just 3 months old, when I called customer care first time the executive said the service person will attend the call and they didn't provide any complaint no. for my call. I waited more than 10 days with no response so I called them back they said the complaint was not registered with them(What a worst customer service) so I asked him to register a new complaint and got the complaint no. 86365590 still nobody responded to the complaint and more than 30 days nobody bothered to attend the call and I called again and shouted with customer care but they are not ready to help and they are very rude and unprofessional.
I invested my hard earned money with the fraud company and a faulty product. Please don’t buy any of their products by trusting their brand or sales person’s false commitment as there is no sales after service and they will loot your money. I don’t understand how the company survive these many years without providing service to the customers. Do not trust the brand.
