We have purchased REVIVA+ RO model sr. no. [protected] vide invoice no.[protected] Dt: 08.03.2015 from M/s Eureka Forbes Ltd. We had made several complaints regarding for service but the complaint is not attended till date. Our complaint no. is 84467394 Dt:23.11.2015. The taste of water (TDS) is changed and we are helples to drink dirty water. It is requested once again to kindly get our RO purifier serviced.
