[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — ag classic amc services has been not provided | |||
I have took the amc from sep-2017 to sep-2019. During the period technician has visited once in 2018 and thereafter no one has visited and replaced or serviced my aquaguard water purifier. When i called on 21st dec 2019 i have came to know that they have serviced the purifier on wrong place or house. When we seen the history card the sign is mismatching which on further investigation found that the technician has zero knowledge about the models where he is doing service.
