I purchased an air purifier from their website worth 22K with 30 days return policy. After the purchase there was no one in the customer care to address my queries. I was in doubt if the product was working fine. It always showed that the air quality was very good (in a place like delhi). I was asked to look for the answers on you tube. Disappointed I decided to return the product. Its been so many days I have been constantly calling the customer care and writing emails. The answer I get is your concern has been escalated to the concerned department and someone will get in touch in 24 hrs. Please let me know if the "concerned" department is situated on Mars. The return policy of other online sites is so simple and I never had to follow up so many times. I am still waiting for a resolution. Really a very bitter experience. Order no. is[protected].
