Again this Aquagaurd is out of order and this I am asking you return my AMC amount as you guys cannot provide services and maintenance.
I have purchased AMC From 02 Jun 2022 and asking you to return my money back because your are cent percent unprofessional and shameless. Never keen to know what customer is facing and trying to resolve customer’s issue.

If you want to know why you need pay me back AMC then here are the reasons:
Reason 1: I have purchased AMC on 2nd of June 2022 and for more than 7 times Aquagaurd underwent out of order.
Reason 2: You have taken money in the name of AMC, but not providing proper services and maintenance.
Reason 3: Your engineers are non-professional and they don’t repair the machine properly.
Reason 4: Your engineers just visit and do some changes to make it work temporary and after few days again machine will go out of order.
Reason 5: Your engineers accept the booking and never come on time. Sometimes they will also not pick up my call. What is the use of purchasing AMC?
Reason 6: Your customer care representatives never ever take customer’s complain seriously. They misguide by saying that engineer will visit to flat to repair the machine, but not fruitful.
Reason 7: Even I have spoken with you on 20th Feb 2023, but you didn’t took my case seriously. You never raise an issue or created a complain regarding this?
Reason 8: On 20th Feb 2023 I have told you that I am facing many challenges since I have purchased this AMC. All the challenges mentioned above, but you didn’t escalated or highlighted to Higher Management.
Reason 9: On 20th Feb 2023 You have promised me that this will never happen again, but today is 8th of March 2023 and again machine is out of order. Why should I trust you as well?
Reason 10: Your feedback Team merely take feedback and never work upon the solutions.
Reason 11: Your MH & GOA Manger Mr. Yogesh never answer call from customer and never took responsibility to understand what customer is facing.
I hope I made you clear why you should now return my AMC amount.
Below are the issues dates and repair request number which talks much about your pathetic services and I promise you I will share this information to my society manager so that no sale campaign should get organized in our and nearby societies.
I promise that I will circulate your pathetic service story in social media as well so that they will come to know what kind of services you guys are providing.
Its really shameful and irresponsible behavior!
