The service for my water purifier, Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflow was due on 27.1.22. The AMC for that was renewed on 18.1.22 by paying the stipulated amount online. On 31st January a technician from the service centre came with a new filter and in the process of replacing the filter the casement got damaged. He took back the filter along with the casement promising to come back within a couple of days. But still I didn't get back the parts and the machine is lying idle, even after 37 days.
In between, I emailed on 10.2.22 explaining the problem but there was no response. Escalated the complaint by emailing again on 2.3.22. On the same day I got a call from their Mumbai office telling me that this would be resolved soon. After that on 4.3.22 I got a call from them again assuring me that a senior technician would call me within 48 hours. But still nobody called yet, even after 5 days.
Several calls made to the local service centre since the beginning of this problem remained to be futile.
They didn't have any clear cut answers to my queries as to when I would get my machine in perfect condition.
When escalate the complaint someone would call and promise something but no action is taken.
Now we are deprived of purified water for all these days. I don't know when this problem will be resolved. Was this information helpful? |
