[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — AMC done for a period of 3 years and got only one service till date. No service thereafter. | |||||
I got an AMC done for my Inova UV water filter for the period of 3 years (22/03/2014 to 21/03/2017). I got only 1 service in the first year. I have not received any service thereafter. This has caused lot of health problems to my family and it is clearly attributable to non-service of the Inova water purifier. I made several telephone calls to the call center and except for the complaint nos., I did not get anything. I urgently need my machine to be serviced. Also I need all the missing services to be rendered in the coming years. I have all the necessary papers to file a complaint to the consumer court. Kindly treat this urgent and serious. Failing which I shall file a suit against Eureka Forbes claiming all the hospital & medical expenses of my family in last 2 years. Was this information helpful? | |||||
