Despite my complaints the filters were changed only in aug 2016 .my AMC was from Dec 2014 -dec2016.and my first service during the AMC was done in April 2016. And I shelled out 7430/= . For 2 yrs. My request to address the non honouring of the contract between Dec 2014 - march 2016 has been ignored.
My contract should be extended 1 more year which is the honourable thing.
Their callous inaction has caused me so much stress providing safe water for my 94 yr old father.
