I am mahendar from coimbatore, we have been using aquaguard water purifier from eureka forbes from the past 10 years with compulsory amc system during installation.
We were asked to change new water purifier even to old one was working good, as they escape from amc service or replacement constraint.
Unfortunately our new water purifier (With amc of 3200)
Is not working, water is coming very slow, and it tooks 45 minutes to fill in one pot. Now the problem is
We are not able to contact right person from local /or customer service number mentioned in internet is either not working or they says as false number.
As the awareness to all aquaguard user, please be informed that don't make any amc unless to find exact address of service location,
I say product is good but service point of view, cheating and fradness

Now, we believe your network, only thing is lack of communication somewhere
