I have renewed my amc on 02.04.2019 for 2 years - contract receipt no. 0172659. This renewal is not updated in your system with new contract agency changed this year. Hence, new agency is not coming for changing the filter and free service. One service person s. Rajkumar (Code 73894) visited once and promised to come in 2 days by 12.06.2020.
