I have paid a total of Rs 15, 100 for a 3-year AMC for 2 water purifiers in my home (Rs 6400 and Rs 8700) as per the estimate given by the service person, Harish, who came to our house. One is an old one, the other is brand new, purchased in February 2022.
Payment was made by State Bank of India cheque dated[protected] to the service person on his assurance that the rates would change in the next month and it was in my interest to pay them both immediately, even though it was early.
I came to know later that it was excess and immediately raised a complaint with you by phone immediately and later by email. I was assured I would be credited the excess amount but I have not heard from them since April 6th when they said someone will get in touch with me in 24 hours. Again I emailed them since no one contacted me and requested escalation of the complaint which they assured me they would do. Today is May 5th and nothing has happened despite assurances.
