[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — amc ro parts are duplicate | |||
This is bring to your notice that we have taken amc from your one of agency “tabshreen enterprises” and had asked to change the filters and leakage motor to mr. Rizwan. Mr rizwan has sent the service engineer who has no manners how to speak with customer and having fudged motor and filters which i believe was not at all belongs to eureka forbes. When we asked to prove that these parts are belongs to ef or not then they say i don’t know, due to which i have asked to stop service and asked to speak your official manager but he was not able to do so and till date he has not turned up for the services. Request please look into the matter or i will be forced to escalate this instance to your higher official and consumer forum as well. For your reference amc receipt is attached.
