[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Amc service for my aquaguard ro water filter.

Waiting since may for my mandatory amc. On two occasions, technicians came, but could not do the job as they did not have the filters of my ro machine to change. They aske me to call mr. Atul raut, service in charge, porvorim, goa. I cannot get through to him.
When will my service be done? This is my third year with amc only once the filters were changed.
