We have a eureka forbes smart uv purifier at our home. On 09/12/2018, we purchased a two year amc. However, no servicing of our purifier including a change of filters has been done in the past one year.
Considering that i am entitled to 2 periodical services per year, i lodged complaint on 21st august (Service request number : [protected]). However noone has attended to us till date.
Please look into the matter as it pertains to health of my family.
