Dear Sir, I am using you service for my Aquguard (Neo model) for along time . Last time, Service Contract was renewed on 27.04.2015 and my AMC Type was upgraded from Silver to Gold with the assurance the services will be done quarterly instead of half-yearly . but, till this date no service is done . Dear Sir,
I have been using aquaguard for quite sometime now and took an amc the scan enclosed,
The unprofessional technician has removed the equipment almost 15 days ago promising to repair and reinstall.
On contacting VKS Zone close to koramangala the response is very poor. They are now not answering our calls.
