Eureka Forbes — Amount not refunded yet as promised during sales | |||
We bought a new aquaguard in Nov, 13. Old aquaguard was exchanged and AMC amount for old aquaguard was to be refunded. It has been 9 months now. After innumerable followups with Mr. R.K. Pandey of Gurgaon office, we have not yet receieved the money. He is always ready with some stupid reason that accountant is on leave, or something else. Need some help in this matter.
