October 2019 EF signed. 2year AMC for my water filter and I paid for it in advance. Unfortunately in the entire 2years of AMC period their technician visited only once for service. I was told that the candles and the motor needs replacement. I kept following and till the AMC expired in October 2021 nothing happened. Surprisingly after long followups the technician came inthe last day of the AMC. This time he was asking me to renew the AMC and only then they can replace the candles and motor. But I. The entire AMC period from 2019-21 they never turned up for service or replacement. All I am requesting EF is to extend the AMC for another 2years without any more charges and replace the candles and motor immediately
